Who am I as a professional?

Speaking with different HR managers I realized that the most important question you anybody is to answer is "who you are as a professional". This question might have different aspects, for example, what the skill set you have or who you are as a person and so on.

Here, I would like to give the answer on this "virtual question".

Beside the fact I study physics and mathematics during my time in Moscow State University, I wrote many programs to proof or illustrate different mathematical models and methods. Even in that time I realized that it is difficult to create something big being alone. Since that time I am building teams for specific tasks and I achieve great success working as software project manager. So, my primary professional interest lies in the "Project Management" area.

Beside "Project Management" activity, I have been working as a software developer (I know C# alongside with good knowledge of C and C++), as an IT manager, as an IT migration manager (I supervised a project of merging and migrating several data centers from Russia and Switzerland into an US one), as a crisis manager in software development projects, as a process improvement manager in software developing, as a business analyst, and as a technology product manager.

Because I have so diverse experience, I decided creating several sections listed in the "Career" chapter submenu, where I published my professional area specific CV(s) and motivation letters.
